Paolini is the author of the Eragon story (that one dragon movie)...and holy crap. His writing style is like...in the college-level. I envy him so much...him, and =star-blazer, who is just starting her first year of college, and already has two of her books published. *sobs* I'm so envious!

Meh...you're lucky. I want my license now, but I'm not legal yet...:X

Liz: ...We sisters finally get to go to school. Isn't that great, Patty? :aww:
Patty: *air-headed* I'm so happy, ya bastards! :dummy:

Oh, wow. :O Yeah, I hear about these authors that published their first novels at, like, 13. Crazy talent.

I ... don't. :XD: I'll be an adult soon anyway, so I'll probably just wait until I'm legal, and get my license right off the bat.

Oh yes...winning contests can also go on your college resume. :XD: But I'm only in it to get published young. :aww: I wanna be published so bad~! Just like Christopher Paolini! He published his first novel at 15 years old, and at 19...he's a best-selling author. O_O

You don't have your permit yet? o_o But...I think when you turn 18 in December, you get your license right away...or, at least you have to take Driver's Ed courses when you get it. I don't know how it works...I already took driver's ed last summer when I got the permit. Then I have to wait for six months to get my license.

An online following is supposed to be very beneficial when looking to sell your stuff to a company -- and of course, entering contests can't hurt! :)

I MUST learn to drive. Sometime. Ack, I'm so behind ...

Dude, I totally get that feeling too. I'll look at stuff I drew a year ago that I felt so superior after completing, and get totally embarrassed. :XD:

Same here. deviantART is too addicting for me. :XD: It's like Facebook/Myspace...only safer. The admins here are so funny at times, too.

I wanted one of those big huge bags! But I had to wait in line for such a long time to get one, so I just skipped it...
